Always greeted with a smile and "Can I help you find anything today?". An associate helped carry my purchase to my vehicle with a smile and lighthearted conversation. I am always pleased with customer service.

Every employee working the floor was so helpful with helping us. However one employee at the register was extremely rude. She was very rude to my mom & kept giving my mother disgusting looks. She continued to make smart remarks as well towards my mother. She had darker hair, glasses, and from I could tell her name started with an A. I’ve never had a bad experience until her.

Very clean store. There's lots of displays, which i like. They could tell that i was in a hurry and helped me find everything quickly. It's easy to find, and easy to get in and out quickly if you're pressed for time. The staff is very knowledgeable, which to me, is crucial at a hardware store. I've had nothing but good experience s everywhere I've been to in Blackshear so far. We don't get over that way much, but that may be changing. It was an all around good experience at the Ace Hardware in Blackshear GA. Good job guys. Thumbs up!

Very pleased with my stop at Ace Hardware today. They had every thing I needed and I was in and out in a jiffy.
